Common questions about what is included and how billing works.

No. Adsby charges a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of what you spend on Google. The Starter plan is EUR 49/month and the Growth plan is EUR 129/month, regardless of your actual ad spend within the tier limit.
Adsby enforces the monthly ad spend cap set on your plan. If you are on Starter (EUR 2,000 cap) and want to increase your budget, you would upgrade to Growth. We will alert you before you reach your limit and make upgrading straightforward from your dashboard.
You connect your Google Ads account and choose a plan, but you are not charged for the first 14 days. During that period Adsby runs your campaigns fully. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Yes. Adsby's monthly fee covers the management software. Your ad spend goes directly to Google through your own Google Ads billing account. Adsby never holds or passes through your ad budget.
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Your campaigns remain in Google Ads under your own account after cancellation and continue to run on their last settings.
